Private by design. This tool runs entirely in your browser — your file is processed on your device and is never uploaded to us. How this works

Resize Pages changes the page size of a PDF to a standard format and fits the existing content onto it. It’s the fix when a document is the wrong size for printing or uploading — an A4 file that needs to be US Letter, mixed page sizes that should be uniform, or a large format you need shrunk to A5.

Each page’s content is scaled proportionally and centred on the new size, so nothing is stretched or cut off. It runs entirely in your browser, so your file is never uploaded — free, private, with no account and no watermark.

How it works

any size resize A4

Ream sets every page to the size you choose and scales its content to fit, keeping the aspect ratio so text and images stay in proportion. Landscape pages are matched to a landscape version of the target size automatically. The result is a clean, uniform document ready to print or submit.

How the content is fitted

Resizing keeps your content in proportion. Ream scales each page to fit the new size while preserving the aspect ratio, then centres it — so nothing is distorted and nothing runs off the edge. If a page is landscape, it’s matched to the landscape orientation of your chosen size. To trim wide margins instead of scaling, use Crop PDF.

When you’ll use it

  • Converting an A4 document to US Letter (or the reverse) for printing.
  • Making a file with mixed page sizes uniform.
  • Shrinking a large format down to A5 for a booklet.
  • Meeting a page-size requirement for an upload or print shop.
