Private by design. This tool runs entirely in your browser — your file is processed on your device and is never uploaded to us. How this works
Organize Pages lets you set the exact page order of a PDF by typing it out. Want page 3 first, then 1, then 2? Type 3, 1, 2. Ream rebuilds the document in precisely that order — and because you’re listing the pages you want, you can just as easily drop pages (leave them out), duplicate them (list a number twice) or even reverse a run (type a range backwards).
It runs entirely in your browser, so your file is never uploaded. That makes it private and instant, with no account, no watermark and no page limits.
How it works
Your browser reads the PDF, then copies the pages into a new document in the exact order you listed — repeating any page you name more than once and skipping any you leave out. The pages themselves are copied untouched, so quality is identical; only their order changes.

How to type the new page order
List the pages in the order you want them, separated by commas, and use ranges for runs of pages. A few examples for a document with pages 1–6:
| You type | You get |
|---|---|
3, 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 | page 3 moved to the front |
1-3 | just the first three pages |
1, 1, 2, 3 | page 1 duplicated at the start |
6-1 | the whole document reversed |
2-6 | page 1 dropped |
Anything you don’t list is simply left out, and any number you list twice appears twice.
Reorder, or split and merge?
Organize Pages is the fastest way to shuffle pages within one file. If instead you want to combine several files, use Merge PDF; to break one file into pieces, use Split PDF; and to remove a few pages without retyping the whole order, Delete Pages is quicker.
When you’ll reorder pages
- Moving a cover or summary to the front.
- Fixing pages that scanned out of order.
- Putting a double-sided scan back into reading order.
- Reversing a document that came out back-to-front.
- Duplicating a divider or template page.

Frequently asked questions
How do I reorder the pages in a PDF?
Add the file, type the new order (for example 3,1,2), and click Run Organize Pages. You download a PDF with the pages in that order.
Can I move one page to a different position?
Yes — type the full new order with that page where you want it. Every page appears in the sequence you list.
Can I delete pages while reordering?
Yes — just leave them out of the list. For removing a few pages without retyping everything, Delete Pages is quicker.
Can I reverse a PDF’s page order?
Yes — type the range backwards, such as 10-1, to reverse the whole document.
Can I duplicate a page?
Yes — list its number twice (or more) and it will appear that many times.
Does reordering reduce the quality?
No. Pages are copied without recompression, so the result matches the original exactly.
Is my file uploaded to a server?
No. Reordering runs entirely in your browser — the PDF never leaves your device.
