PowerPoint to PDF converts a presentation (PPT or PPTX) into a PDF, with each slide becoming a page. It is the easiest way to share a deck with people who do not have PowerPoint, to send slides that cannot be edited, or to hand out a clean, printable version of a talk. It also reads OpenDocument Presentation (ODP).
Conversion runs on Ream’s hardened server: the file is sent over HTTPS, converted in an isolated sandbox, and deleted immediately afterwards. Free, with no sign-up and no watermark.
How it works
Ream opens your presentation in a headless office engine and prints each slide to its own PDF page, keeping fonts, images, colours and layout intact. Animations and transitions do not carry over — a PDF is a static document — so each slide appears in its final, built state.

What happens to animations and notes
A PDF is static, so it is worth knowing how the dynamic parts of a deck convert:
- Animations and transitions are flattened — each slide shows its final state, with all elements visible.
- Speaker notes are not included by default; the PDF contains the slides themselves. In PowerPoint you can print a notes or handout layout to PDF if you need those.
- Fonts and images are preserved, so the slides look exactly as designed.
